Role Overview

Lead Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Hiring Delivery

Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for Voice / Non-Voice / Blended processes.
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly hiring targets as per SLAs.
Drive sourcing through walk-ins, job portals, referrals, campus drives, and vendor networks.
Oversee screening, assessments, interviews, offers & onboarding.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead & mentor the TA team to meet hiring goals.
Track sourcing-to-joining funnel performance.
Provide MIS, hiring trackers & trend insights for reviews.
Recommend proactive strategies based on data.
Manage internal client expectations & ensure alignment on hiring profiles.

Vendor & Channel Management

Manage recruitment vendors & external sourcing partners.
Review vendor performance & ensure SLA adherence.

Process, Compliance & Quality

Ensure recruitment SOP compliance and audit readiness.
Maintain documentation, candidate database & BGV standards.
Improve hiring quality, funnel efficiency & retention.

Skills & Competencies

Experience in
bulk hiring
for BPO/Contact Center.
Strong sourcing knowledge & recruitment channel expertise.
Excellent communication & stakeholder skills.
Team handling experience.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate required; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
5-8 years
in Talent Acquisition with
minimum 3 years in bulk hiring
.
Experience managing high-volume hiring drives is essential.
