Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and electricians in the given region. Drive secondary sales by ensuring product availability and visibility at retail counters. Identify and onboard new channel partners in the local market. Execute retail marketing activities, such as branding, shop board installation, and in-store promotions. Collect and analyze competitor information regarding schemes, pricing, and market movement. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Area Sales Manager. Handle order booking, payment follow-up, and coordination with the logistics team for timely delivery. Conduct product demos, electrician meets, and retailer engagement activities. Provide feedback to the management regarding market trends and customer needs.
