Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Management: Assist the IT Manager in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all organizational IT assets, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and security systems.
• Retail Systems Management: Manage and provide comprehensive support for Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal operational performance across all retail outlets.
• ERP Expertise: Leverage hands-on functional and technical experience with SAP, specifically within a retail environment, to support and enhance core business processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is considered a distinct advantage.
• Project Leadership: Coordinate and drive IT projects from inception to completion, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and complex integrations.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee the maintenance, availability, and reliability of store IT infrastructure, including LANs, Wi-Fi, and server connectivity for the entire retail network.
• Security & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce robust data protection strategies, ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations, and coordinate regular security audits.
• Asset Management: Monitor and manage the lifecycle and inventory of all IT assets across the organization, maintaining accurate records and optimizing utilization.
• Operational Excellence: Proactively monitor IT systems and provide swift, effective responses to technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Documentation & Support: Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including system configurations and detailed troubleshooting guides. Provide high-level technical support and guidance to end-users, arranging necessary training sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in IT operations or IT management, preferably within a retail context.
• Technical Acumen: Strong blend of retail IT management expertise coupled with strong functional/technical experience with SAP.
• Core Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of networks, servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT operations or IT management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
