Assistant Manager - IT

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Courtyard Gorakhpur, Ramgarh Tal, Nauka Vihar Road, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, 273001, you will play a crucial role in supporting the property's technology Information Resources objectives. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in technology planning, decision-making, implementation, and maintenance. You will be expected to interface with vendors, owners, and property staff to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support client technology needs by setting up functions and managing property-based systems - Analyze information to identify and solve problems, maintain and repair equipment, and monitor computer and network operations - Manage Information Resources activities and administer mail and email - Manage projects and policies to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, SOP, and LSOP requirements - Maintain information systems and technology goals by developing specific plans, ensuring compliance with brand standards and budgets, and managing resources efficiently - Demonstrate and apply IR knowledge, stay updated with relevant technical knowledge, provide technical expertise and support, and manage vendors for property IT requirements - Provide information to supervisors and co-workers, analyze information to choose the best solutions, coordinate property efforts, manage vendors for IT requirements, and serve as an escalation point for problem resolution Qualifications Required: - Hold either a 2-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major with 4 years of experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a similar field with certification as a trainer and 2 years of experience in Information Technology or related professional area Note: Courtyard and Marriott International are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity and providing access to opportunities for all.
