Job Description

Managing company data backup related to servers and systems.
Ensure on-time installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of network, system and software as per promoters requirement.
Managing company security policies and keeping it upto date with the latest technology.
Ensure on-time installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of network, systems and software with minimum downtime for HO and Sites.
Ensure daily IT calls are reported and tracked as per call resolution SLA's of IT
Documentation of IT Hardware Infrastructure and IT Processes.
Managing ERP Application (Implementation, Change Request, Training, Support).
Managing Other software application related to company (Implementation, Change Request, Training, Support).
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with latest hardware and software adhering to the budget.
Comply with all software development and quality assurance processes and participate in reviews of processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
