Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - IT with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance business operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software applications.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
