Role Overview


HR


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Handle employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate training & development programs for employees.
  • Address employee grievances, ensure disciplinary actions when required, and maintain healthy workplace relations.
  • Monitor performance management systems and support appraisals and feedback processes.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain transparent communication.


Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Center industry.

  • Strong knowledge of

    HR processes

    in a

    BPO/Call Centre environment.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.

    fast-paced environment
