Assistant Manager Human Resources

About the role As an HR Assistant Manager at PKF India, you will collaborate with the HR Director to implement the HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a people-centric approach while applying management principles effectively. It is crucial to provide insightful perspectives on employee dynamics and enhance their emotional connection with PKF, thereby delivering an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Post-Graduation in Human Resources or related fields (such as MBA with a specialization in HR, MSW, etc.) - Proficiency in communication, especially in navigating through complex or ambiguous scenarios with ease - Thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor laws - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, etc.) - Prior experience in end-to-end HR management for an independent company with a workforce of approximately 300 employees is preferred.
