Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally/ERP system.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, bank transactions, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage vendor payments and customer invoicing efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other compliances.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
• Good working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with clients across various industries is a plus.
