This opportunity is for Jamnagar location.


The AM HR will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of HR functions to support business operations at the site location, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce management aligned with organizational goals. This role requires good knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employee engagement, with the ability to adapt to the dynamic and safety-driven environment of the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR records, payroll inputs, and attendance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Handle HR audits and documentation for regulatory authorities.


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace culture.


Onboarding & Staffing

  • Manage onboarding process for new joiner.
  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to fulfill manpower requirements.

Performance Management

  • Assist in setting up appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.
  • Support managers in performance reviews and career development discussions.


Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory safety and regulatory training.


Employee Separation Process

  • Manage employee exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and co-ordinate for full & final settlement.


Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or heavy industries.

Good knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
