🚨 We’re Hiring: HR & Office In-Charge (Zirakpur Office, Chandigarh Region)

📍 On-site | Experience: 3-6 Years | Full-Time

Meadbery is on a mission to revolutionize health & wellness across India through our science-backed supplements and holistic care. With a growing team of 30+ across sales and dietetics, we’re now looking for an experienced HR leader who can also act as our Office In-Charge to help us scale toward a 100+ member workforce.

We are facing challenges that many fast-growing startups do – discipline, accountability, and people alignment. Despite incentive structures and bonuses, our teams need active supervision to maintain professionalism and output.

We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who is not just policy-driven but people-driven, and can handle:

✅ Sales team discipline

✅ Dietitian team performance

✅ Office operations and compliance

✅ Conflict resolution & employee alignment

✅ Hiring & onboarding

✅ Reinforcing punctuality, task ownership, and work ethic

👨‍💼 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR & office administrator ensuring timely attendance, break discipline, and daily task completions
• Implement and enforce HR policies with authority and empathy
• Lead employee engagement and foster team morale
• Manage conflicts and underperformance through structured action plans
• Work closely with founders to translate business needs into people strategy
• Own office culture – balancing structure with a motivating environment
• Support recruitment to build a robust team of 100+ in the next 18 months

📌 Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in HR, Admin, or People Management roles
• Past experience handling sales or performance-driven teams is a must
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor discipline, and compliance
• Leadership mindset with the ability to take charge and implement systems
• Must be open to working from our Zirakpur office, full-time
