Assistant Manager – Human Resources (5–8 Years’ Experience)

Position Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources​

Department: Human Resources​

Reporting To: Head – HR​

Location: Noida

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – HR will work closely with the Head of HR to drive key strategic

initiatives, lead process improvements, and support organization-wide HR goals. The role

demands a mix of strategic thinking and execution capability, with hands-on involvement

in driving HR programs across talent management, performance, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with HR Head to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business

goals.

Lead key HR projects such as competency frameworks, performance management

systems, and employee engagement strategies.

Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and organizational design

initiatives.

Collaborate with department heads for manpower budgeting, talent reviews, and

skill gap analysis.

Drive culture-building activities and internal communication programs.

Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Mentor HR team members and ensure strong collaboration across HR verticals.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a

strategic/lead role.

Preferred background in IT, Consulting, or Professional Services.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹712,243.10 - ₹1,200,522.08 per year
