Job Title: IT Executive – Infrastructure, Asset & Change Management Location: Baner, Pune Experience: 2–5 Years Department: Information Technology Company Description: Kasturi Housing is a luxury real estate brand based in Pune, India. With over 25 years of experience, the company has successfully delivered over 2 million sq. feet of prime real estate and is currently developing another 2 million square feet for residential purposes. Kasturi is known for its high standards of quality and creativity, and has received numerous awards and accolades for its exceptional planning and execution. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Executive with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, SAP BASIS , and a willingness to learn and adopt new software tools . This role involves managing IT assets, supporting enterprise systems, overseeing infrastructure maintenance, conducting audits, and contributing to key strategic IT initiatives such as process automation, internal branding, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT operations across the organization, participate in digital transformation projects, and collaborate with leadership to improve technology-driven efficiency. Key Responsibilities: · Handle IT asset allocation, tagging, inventory management, and user onboarding. · Ensure proper installation and configuration of IT systems at head office and site locations. · Conduct monthly audits for remote desktop usage, access controls, and policy compliance. · Resolve IT queries promptly; escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with vendors as needed. · Arrange backup systems in case of delays in issue resolution. · Maintain department documentation including tools, policies, checklists, and SOPs. · Lead efforts to reduce paper/manual processes by implementing technology-driven solutions. · Drive IT-related branding across emails, templates, documents, screen savers, and physical assets. · Evaluate new tools and technologies; assess relevance and prepare feasibility and impact reports. · Support the implementation of approved digital initiatives through structured change management. · Monitor and maintain software licenses, renewals, vendor contracts, and maintenance schedules. · Assist in preparation of the annual IT budget and ongoing expense tracking. · Provide basic support for SAP BASIS operations, including user access and system health checks. · Own and manage the change control documentation process for all IT-related updates. · Work closely with the CEO’s office and department heads on strategic IT planning and execution. Required Skills: · Strong hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure setup, and system administration. · Working knowledge of SAP BASIS and enterprise application environments. · Experience with IT asset management, audits, remote access tools, and compliance practices. · Basic knowledge of process automation, digital workflows, and policy documentation. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage users and vendors. · Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project coordination abilities. · Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies or software systems as per business needs. Work Environment: · Based at the Head Office, with occasional travel to project or site locations. · Coordination across functions such as HR, Admin, Finance, and the Executive team. · Flexibility to respond to IT escalations and system downtime issues outside regular hours if needed. Qualification: · Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
