Assistant Manager - HR

As a candidate for the position, your main role will involve ensuring accurate and timely processing and maintenance of salaries, records, claims, and employee-related documents. You will support the Manager in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory obligations, as well as assist in maintaining a positive Industrial Relations (IR) environment within the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Timely distribution of salaries, claims, etc., to plant employees - Compliance with various applicable laws and accurate deduction of TDS as per statutory rules - Meeting approved manpower requirements for various departments related to contract labor and operators - Documentation and record-keeping in accordance with rules and statutory compliance - Resolving labor issues with the support of the Manager - Managing contract labor effectively and optimizing headcount for labor productivity - Developing and directing employee welfare activities to foster team spirit and a sense of ownership - Ensuring strict adherence to statutory laws and providing timely administrative and personnel facilities to plant employees - Implementing welfare activities successfully to increase employee involvement - Managing timely and accurate exit procedures and comfortable travel facilities for plant members - Ensuring smooth functioning of communication facilities and equipment within the plant - Continuously learning and upgrading your own abilities Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: MBA/ PGDBM/ MSW (HRM) [PREFERRED - NOT MANDATORY] - Functional Experience: Approximately 5-6 years of relevant experience - Language proficiency in Hindi and English Please note that as per the job description provided, there are no additional details about the company mentioned.,
