Assistant Manager - HR

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: Support the hiring process by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees, including necessary paperwork and orientation.
• Employee records management: Maintain and update all employee-related files and data, including personal information, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
• Payroll and benefits: Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely compensation and assist with the administration of employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
• Training and development: Help coordinate and manage employee training programs by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and preparing materials.
• Employee relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, resolving them or escalating as needed.
• Policy and compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed and that the company remains compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Performance management: Assist with the performance appraisal process, including coordinating evaluations and providing feedback.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Professionalism and tact in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with HR principles and employment laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
