Job Title: Assistant Manager, HR in the Central HR Team Required: Minimum 6 Years of experience Reports to: Head HR Location: Bhubaneswar Job Summary: You will be responsible for overseeing HR functions at the corporate level, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals, compliance & company policies. This role involves policy development, employee relations, organizational development, performance management and talent development across levels of the organization. Job Roles: Act as a liaison between management and employees. Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting KPIs and performance development plans. Design and lead employee engagement initiatives. Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate HR records and reports (attendance, payroll inputs, etc.). Provide regular reports and insights on HR metrics like attrition, attendance and engagement. Show more Show less
