Assistant Manager - HR

The role requires strong leadership, people management, and operational expertise to align HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring seamless administrative support.

Job description:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Mentor the HR team to ensure efficient execution of HR processes and deliverables.

• Oversee and manage HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and compliance to ensure smooth HR functionality.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, surveys, and welfare programs.

• Manage HRIS systems and maintain the accuracy of employee data and reporting metrics.

• Address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

• 
  Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on workforce insights, including employee turnover, attendance, and engagement levels.

Job Specification

• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations with at least a year in a managerial

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

• Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
