A One Advisory is a leading finance consulting firm specializing in credit rating advisory and financial consultancy. Established by first-generation entrepreneurs with over 30 years of experience in the finance industry, the firm has successfully executed over 2,000 assignments.

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - HR to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in talent acquisition & HR operations who can independently manage day-to-day HR functions and work closely with the HR Manager. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and can independently handle responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Post jobs and source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and hiring trackers using ATS or Excel.
  • Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

HR Operations & Payroll

  • Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters and exit letters.
  • Assist in planning & execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Coordinate travel and relocation logistics for employees as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS.
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team, including statutory compliance.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, employee asset management & coordinating with vendors for HR-related services.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR or a similar professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations and payroll management.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
