Position - Assistant Manager - HR

Location - Noida

Experience- Minimum 2 Years

Job Descriptions: Identify and develop new business opportunities with overseas clients (especially in GCC, Europe, and other regions).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign employers and recruitment partners.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill requirements.
  • Negotiate terms of business, service agreements, and contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
  • Stay updated with international recruitment trends, visa processes, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in international or overseas recruitment business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of overseas labor laws, recruitment procedures, and documentation is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targe
