Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting and finalisation, with a focus on international operations. To look after the international accounting aspects of the company and help in the finalisation of books. The role involves overseeing accounting entries, deferred revenue and cost recognition, monthly MIS reporting, audit support, and compliance with IFRS/IND AS and local GAAP. The candidate will also assist in customer contract finalisation, receivables follow-up, accounts payable oversight, and other key financial activities to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end advanced accounting and finalisation processes with attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of accounting entries and transaction flows to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Apply sound knowledge of deferred revenue and cost recognition in line with applicable standards.
  • Ensure timely documentation and systematic filing of financial records for audit and reference purposes.
  • Support audit processes and related activities, including the preparation of financial statements as per IFRS and IND AS.
  • Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, including those for international geographies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee international accounting functions and ensure compliance with local GAAP across various regions.
  • Collaborate with the business team during customer contract finalisation to ensure financial and compliance aspects are addressed.
  • Monitor customer accounts, perform reconciliations, and proactively follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Supervise accounts payable processes and ensure timely and accurate payments to partners and vendors.
  • Provide support on other finance-related matters as needed, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or SAP is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
