As an Assistant Manager Finance, you will support the financial operations of our resort, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial activities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to business strategy, and elevate financial performance.

Location:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations: accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with hospitality industry standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support departmental planning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Monitor cost controls, revenue analysis, and operational efficiencies.
• Support payroll processing and vendor payment cycles.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.

Role Requirements

• CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong hospitality finance exposure.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4- or 5-star properties.
• Excellent knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
