Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – Finance to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The role involves assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, audits, and day-to-day accounting functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial management. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.*Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. Implement and improve internal controls, processes, and financial systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. 1-5years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software. Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
