Responsibilities Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behavior at online platforms and develop new customer insights Own the business: Develop annual budget for the respective accounts and drive the entire ecosystem towards achievement of the same. The role entails complete ownership of metrics like topline, bottom line, market share and inventory health. Know the market and Competition: Stay on top of emerging trends, have a keen eye on the online and offline competition, find opportunities, and make the right recommendations to stay ahead of the competition. Influence the internal leadership: Have an ability to speak and put your point across the team confidently, logically and convincingly. Liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required across the organization. Customer Relationship: Develop a deep and long-standing strategic relationship with the online customers. Know the entire leadership of the accounts and maintain strong relationship with the key stakeholders/ influencers. Ensure a high share of mind from the customers. Terms of the trade: Own the terms of business like Margin, credit terms, Exclusivity window, returns, supply MOQs and event discount funding. Products selection and placement: Understand the platforms customer profile, different segments and plan a suitable portfolio for individual platform to maximize the relevance and market share. Ensure that the right products are placed at the right platforms and we are able to do the right phase in and phase out of the models. Traffic Funnel management and event planning: - Work closely with the customers to plan for the event well in advance to maximize return on the investment. The candidate should develop a good understanding of the traffic funnel management so that we are able to minimize the cost of the traffic and maximize the conversion %. One should have good understanding of the basic metrics like Visitors, Impressions, CTR, page views and Conversions % Other Requirement: Ability to articulate oneself, Great negotiation skills, Strong ability to comprehend data and create insights Flair for new consumer tech products
