Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance, and advising on financial strategy to improve performance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards - Review and reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies - Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders - Develop and manage the budgeting process, working with department heads to establish financial targets and goals - Create financial forecasts to guide decision-making and resource allocation - Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring that financial records are accurate and comply with relevant laws and regulations - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth - Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Manage tax planning and compliance, including income tax, GST, and other applicable taxes - Implement and maintain financial software and systems to streamline accounting processes - Manage relationships with financial partners, vendors, and clients, including negotiating terms and resolving financial issues Ideal Qualification & Skills: - A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and relevant software - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and leadership abilities - Attention to detail and a high level of integrity Overall Work Experience preferred: - 8 to 10 years experience in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record of progressively responsible roles - Real Estate Experience preferred (not mandatory) Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore.
