Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru for an Electrical & PLC Programming Department Manager.
The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers and PLC programmers to design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced automation systems. The manager will oversee project planning, team coordination, and quality execution of all electrical and PLC programming tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and project management skills to drive innovation and efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Electrical and PLC Programming Department, ensuring timely completion of all automation projects
• Oversee the design, development, and validation of control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
• Supervise the electrical design, assembly, and commissioning of industrial automation systems.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Approve and review all electrical drawings, BOMs, and PLC program logic before implementation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and documentation for all projects.
• Troubleshoot complex automation and electrical issues during design, assembly, and commissioning.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and client communication.
• Stay updated on emerging automation technologies, protocols, and tools to enhance department capabilities.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel all over India.
• Good leadership skills.
• Self-driven with “Can do attitude”.
• Male candidate is preferred.

Qualifications:

Diploma Or bachelor’s in electrical, Electronics a related field

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Programmable Logic Controller Programming for Automated Industrial Machinery
• Proficiency in PLC Software and Familiarity with HMI, SCADA, and other automation software.
• Skilled in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram and Sequential Function Chart
• Expert in Debugging and Troubleshooting, including knowledge of Electrical Circuits and components.
• Knowledge of PLC Hardware, Networks, and protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, and PROFIBUS
• Experience with Siemens, Delta, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLCs is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking skills.
• Design and execution of electrical assembly of product and projects.
• Installation and commissioning of the products and projects
• Documenting the process of planning, design, execution, up to post installation support functions.
• Strong Mathematical Orientation
• Familiarity with Computer Aided analytical tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel all over India.
• Good leadership skills.
• Self-driven with “Can do attitude”.
• Male candidate is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
