Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Service – MEA (Delivery Management, Customer Facing)Department: MEA – Customer ServiceLocation: Mumbai

Job Purpose

Manage the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for MEA customers and act as the single point of contact, ensuring timely order confirmation, dispatch coordination, documentation, and on-time delivery while complying with company policies.Key Responsibilities

Handle customer and desk manager queries with timely resolution.
Coordinate order receipt, confirmation, dispatch planning, and shipment documentation.
Monitor backorders, free stock utilization, and filler requirements.
Track shipments, follow up on payments, and close aged credit notes.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and finance teams.
Review OTD performance, manage customer complaints, and escalate issues when required.
Support pricing changes, new customer onboarding, and special/seasonal orders.

Qualifications & Experience

Any Graduate; certification in Import & Export / SCM preferred.4–5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing/export environment.Experience handling international/offshore customers.Skills & CompetenciesStrong Excel and MIS reporting skills.Good English communication.Customer-centric mindset, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
