Job Description:- ● Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. ● Become the SPOC for the clients assigned to you. ● Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences. ● Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on social media platforms. ● Analyze and report on social media performance metrics. ● Stay updated on best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to social media and digital marketing. ● Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). ● Research and prepare client presentations, reports and take charge over client meetings. Requirements:- ● Proven work experience as a Social Media or Client Servicing Executive. ● Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms. ● Experience with social media management and analytics tools. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
