Assistant Manager - Client Servicing

We are looking for young, dynamic, best-in-class talent to join the Interactive Avenues as a Digital Client partnering who will be responsible for day-to-day needs of an account(s) and also ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship with the client. Will be assisting the immediate mentor to deliver brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day liaison with internal/external team members (media planning, ad operation, publisher, creative agency) to have a smooth execution of the campaign.
• Is responsible for all the deliverables from concept to final delivery as per the timelines set by the supervisor
• Provide proactive contribution to clients business, demonstrating best-in-class interactive product (innovation and quality)
• Collaboration with other verticals to deliver clients marketing objectives and ensure integrated, synergistic business approach
• Seeks approval from supervisors before delivering to the Client
• Participate in innovation initiatives and quality management to ensure delivery of best product in the industry
• Is responsible for creating and delivering brand strategies and insights for brands
• Be the brand/category subject matter expert
• Experience in handling branding campaigns.
• Work on post campaign analysis/learning and submit it to client as per the set cadence.
• Keep track of the budgets allocated and report final deliverables to finance at the end of the month to close billing.
• Works as client/PM on project assigned to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget and quality.

• Proven MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Ability to multitask with quick TAT.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Post Graduation
• Experience of 3-4 years in digital landscape
