We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team for Noida location. Roles & Responsibilities: • To provide sales support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. • Research, track, maintain and update leads. • Make outgoing calls to develop new business. Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead identification and engagement. • Contact prospects to qualify leads. • Research and maintain lead generation database. • Expertise in LinkedIn search and cold callings. Skills required: • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) • Experience with cold calling in B2B space. • Experience with research and maintaining databases. • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Should have passion and inclination towards Consumer Promotions space. What we ask : • Strong belief in the 10x growth strategy mindset • Should have experience of 1-2 years in business development/inside sales in a Consumers Promotions, GWP space. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Public Speaking background is preferable) • Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building). • Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette. • Account Mapping & Social Selling ability. • Networking & Team Management. Ensure seamless reward fulfillment for campaign launches. Track redemptions and optimize based on performance and user feedback. Build lasting relationships with partners and vendors. What Were Looking For : 1-4 + years in partnerships, business development, vendor management, or similar roles. Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
