We’re looking for a trend-savvy, imaginative individual who loves turning everyday inspiration into unique, physical giveaways and promotional products.

✨ Fall into Pinterest rabbit holes for fun?

📦 Know the difference between a GWP that works for L’Oréal vs. Diageo?

💡 Spot global trends and imagine how they’d work in India?

✔️ Are addicted to platforms like Pinterest,TikTok & Instagram

✔️ Can whip up mood boards and concept decks using Canva or PowerPoint

✔️ Understand the basics of sourcing, pricing, packaging & timelines

✔️ Can maintain organized idea banks and spec sheets

✔️ Are eager to innovate for beauty, beverage & lifestyle brands

🎓 Graduates from NIFT, Pearl, SID, MIT, or similar design schools

🎓 BBA/MBA freshers with a flair for creativity and product thinking

🛍️ Internship experience in merchandising, gifting, or product development is a plus

gift-with-purchase campaigns, trend-led product innovation
