Assistant Manager - Client Servicing

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Client Servicing will act as the key point of contact between the agency and clients. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth communication, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Understand client objectives, briefs, and requirements; communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that add value to the client.
• Address client queries, concerns, or feedback promptly and proactively.
• Support the senior account team in new business development activities as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
