Assistant Manager - Business Development

The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities (Domestic & International), building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the Plastic and Metal parts industry, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic and metal parts sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Participate in industry events, conferences, Exhibitions and networking opportunities to promote the company. Required Qualifications: B.tech and MBA in Marketing and Sales from a reputable institution. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on plastic and metal parts. Strong understanding of the plastic and metal parts manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to travel independently as required.
