We are expanding our EMC and RF Testing capabilities and looking for a dynamic

Assistant / Deputy Manager - Sales

to drive business growth, engage with customers, and support the overall sales process.
This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and a proactive sales mindset to support clients from enquiry to order booking.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales for EMC and RF testing & Certification services and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Identify and engage new clients across Electrical & Electronics products categories mainly Medical, Industrial, IT, HAE, Lighting segments.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, enquiry handling, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Promote the capabilities of our new EMC and RF testing services, highlighting faster timelines, accuracy, and certification advantages.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and support.

Customer Interaction & Coordination

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical/financial proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Technical/Operations ) for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure timely follow-up for quotations, PI issuance, payments, and documentation.
  • Participate in customer meetings, calls, and onsite/business visits.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Support in developing sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and seminars/webinars.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM data accuracy.

Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure all sales activities follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
  • Support in preparing contracts, agreements, and necessary compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor s Degree (Engineering preferred - EEE / ECE / Instrumentation / Electrical) or MBA in Marketing/Sales.
  • 3-6 years of sales experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry preferred.
  • Experience in EMC/EMI, Electrical Safety, Product Testing, or Electronics Manufacturing is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand EMC and RF testing concepts.
  • Negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
