Dredging:

Over the past few years, we have evolved from a basic dredging company to a comprehensive dredging services provider. We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.

Job Purpose:

Team Member - Contracts Management & Proposals assists in creating contracts and competitive proposals, negotiates terms, and collaborates with stakeholders to secure new projects and meet strategic goals and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Contract Management:

  • Assist the Contract Manager in estimating project costs, creating business cases, and conducting sensitivity analysis for bids. Manage proposal submissions and follow-ups for both internal and external clients.

Proposal Development

  • Formulate proposal strategies, incorporating interactive business case models in Excel. Draft detailed proposals and NFAs, ensuring cross-functional input for comprehensive risk and cost assessments.

Business Case Modelling

  • Create dynamic Excel models for evaluating tenders and revenue projects.

Digital Mindset

  • Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Key Stakeholders - Internal

  • Other Departments -SPOCs

Key Stakeholders - External

  • Client SPOCs

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

  • BE/BTech (Civil, Mechanical, Harbor Engineering), ME/MTECH/MBA (preferable)

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

  • 3 - 10 years of relevant experience with same field
  • min. 3 years of experience in dredging industry (preferable)
