Job Description Assistant Manager - Marketing Department: Marketing Location: Tellapur Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years (Hospital Marketing Mandate) Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview: The Marketing person will be responsible for promoting Airaavata Hospitals' services, strengthening relationships with referral sources, increasing patient footfall, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting overall brand visibility. The candidate must have hands-on experience in hospital or healthcare marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Referral Management Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, Corporate Offices, Clinics, Diagnostic Centres, and other referral partners. Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and local healthcare providers to generate patient referrals. Track referral conversions and prepare daily/weekly visit reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient experience for referred cases. 2. Patient Engagement & Outreach Activities Organize health camps, community outreach programs, and awareness sessions. Support OPD drives, specialist clinics, and outreach initiatives to improve footfall. Interact with patients, collect feedback, and address service-related concerns in coordination with respective departments. 3. Branding & Communication Assist in promoting hospital services, specialty clinics, and health packages through print and digital media. Coordinate with design team/vendors for marketing materials (flyers, banners, standees, brochures). Ensure branding standards are maintained inside and outside the hospital premises. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct market analysis to identify market trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities. Submit insights and suggestions to management for strategic decision-making. 5. Digital & Social Media Support (If applicable) Support digital marketing activities like social media campaigns, content support, and patient engagement posts. Coordinate promotional activities during medical events, doctor talks, and hospital initiatives. 6. Internal Coordination & Reporting Maintain daily CRM/marketing activity reports. Work closely with departments such as Front Office, OPD, IPD, and Diagnostics to ensure smooth coordination. Support in planning and executing monthly marketing calendars and campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing / Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management. Mandatory: Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospital marketing . Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of local market dynamics and healthcare business development. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities independently. Must be target-oriented with good negotiation and persuasion skills. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Salary: Based on last drawn CTC and performance during the interview. Additional Requirements: Flexible to travel and conduct field marketing activities. Willing to work closely with doctors, patients, and vendors. Good understanding of healthcare operations.
