Fabrication Engineer

As a Fabrication Engineer at Cytox India Private Limited in Lodhika, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in setting up a new manufacturing unit for Fabrication Parts. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up and commissioning fabrication machinery. - Validating and improving product designs. - Selecting machinery and identifying vendors. - Planning plant layout and fabrication processes. - Coordinating with tool makers and equipment suppliers. - Developing prototypes and executing pilot batches. - Assisting in team building and production workflow establishment. In this role, you will work with a diverse product line including Ring Lock Couplers, Industrial Filters, Roll Forming Items, Saddles and Pipe Supports, and Tubing Assemblies. To excel in this position, you should have: - Quality control and project management skills. - Welding and machining expertise. - Mechanical engineering knowledge. - Previous experience in a fabrication-related role. - The ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have at least 10 years of experience in Fabrication or Metal Product Manufacturing within the same industry.
