Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Bar to join our team at Hotel Green Park, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily bar operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Analyze sales trends and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Train and mentor staff members to improve their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing bars or similar establishments, preferably in a hotel setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and labor laws.
