Job Purpose:

To drive client growth and revenue generation with sales in GMV Hydraulic kits, Machineries and other spare parts, and by building long-term relationships, strategizing account development, coordinating with technical, sales, and data teams, and ensuring client satisfaction across all verticals in the B2B ecosystem.

Role & responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and develop account plans to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support referral-based business development.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to align client proposals with needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, gather feedback, and act on it to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client activity and market trends, ensuring value delivery and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (data analysts, engineers, support) to ensure operational success.
  • Utilize CRM and database insights to make informed decisions and optimize client strategies.
  • Coordinate the resolution of issues through timely internal communication with technical or data teams.
  • Represent the company in networking events, industry expos, and client meetings to enhance visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify areas of competitive advantage.
  • Drive customer retention initiatives by ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management or client success roles – Elevator Industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and align cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
