We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager with proven expertise in the education sector and strong leadership capabilities. The role involves leading and motivating a team of Education Counsellors and Team Leaders, ensuring SOP compliance, driving sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Team Leaders and Education Counsellors.
• Drive sales closures and achieve consistent monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs while delivering exceptional service.
• Track, review, and analyze team performance through daily/weekly reports.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with timely support and solutions.
• Utilize CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and successful conversions.
• Explore new business opportunities via referrals, networking, and strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on company offerings to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture within the team.
