Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Kitchen Stewarding (KST) Manager to join our team, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage kitchen steward activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and implement menu planning strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Monitor and control food costs to align with budgetary requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen stewarding or related fields, with a strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is desirable.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control procedures.
