Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Kitchen Stewarding (KST) Manager. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage kitchen steward activities to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with kitchen staff and customers.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances is needed for troubleshooting and maintenance.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
