This position is for a startup called PG Dekho, a brand owned by Roomer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for all HR related functions of the organization. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to Administrative Support: Managing HR inbox, tracking internal and external queries, maintaining employee records, and ensuring data accuracy in the HR system. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and preparing employment contracts. Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts. Policy Implementation: Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Training & Development: Assisting with organizing and coordinating training sessions and employee development activities. Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration. Performance Management: Supporting the performance appraisal process and providing data for reporting. Compliance: Maintaining compliance with employment and benefits laws and regulations. Reporting & Analysis: Preparing reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR functions, preferably with a focus on recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
