Operations & Design vertical

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Design and Operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of projects.
Drive revenue targets through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Handle client escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and monitor P&L performance.
Create and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and execution.
Plan targets, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
