Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, reconcile statements, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Tally, Accounts Receivable & Payable, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reconciliation:

• Review and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions regularly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Manage all payments and vendor ledger reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare vendor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers.

Compliance & Taxation:

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, ESI, EPF, PT, and GST.
• Must have hands-on experience of payments and filings GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B and TDS.
• Keep updated with regulatory changes and ensure timely filings.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA Inter or CA Discontinued with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in an audit firm or organization.
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally and financial management.
• Sound understanding of statutory obligations and financial regulations.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
