Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in recording all financial transactions.
• Support external and internal audits, including preparation of schedules and resolving auditor queries.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets; provide explanations and recommendations.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather financial inputs for planning.

3. Financial Analysis.

• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Conduct cost and profitability analysis to support business decisions
• Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.

Team & Process Management

• Supervise and guide junior finance team members.
  • Contribute to implementation of ERP systems and process automation. • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Financ

• Experience:

  3–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
