Responsibilities We are excited to introduce a newly created One Performance Management Team, bringing together four previously separate performance teams into one unified group. This transformation enables Finance Business Partners to focus on what truly matters: driving value and shaping strategic decisions. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives. You’ll partner with senior leaders, influence key decisions, and ensure that every investment delivers measurable impact.
