Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant F&B Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team at Fortune Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Develop and implement menus, recipes, and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff members to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
Maintain inventory levels, control waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, recipe development, and cost control measures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
