Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional to join our FP&A and MIS team. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. The role involves stakeholder management, data-driven decision support, and preparing insightful dashboards/reports. Prior exposure to MIS, financial modelling, and business performance tracking is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities of FP&A & MIS :

1.Lead preparation of monthly management reports, dashboards, and detailed variance analyses (actual vs budget/forecast).

2.Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process in coordination with business teams.

3.Perform trend analysis on revenues, costs, margins, and KPIs to explain business results and key drivers.

4.Support in financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis for management decision-making.

5.Ensure timely circulation of MIS packs, segment reports, Board decks, and performance scorecards with high accuracy.

6.Partner with business and leadership teams to provide insights into financial results and recommend improvements.

7.Process Improvement & Analytics

8.Automate reporting processes to reduce turnaround time and improve accuracy.

9.Design and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards (if exposure), otherwise strong hands-on with Excel-based models.

10.Drive consistency in reporting formats and KPIs across functions.

11.Identify performance gaps and support corrective actions through financial insights.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CMA. CA Inter with strong FP&A/MIS experience may also be considered.

Experience: 1–3 years post-qualification in FP&A, MIS, financial reporting, or business finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle large data sets.

Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and ERP/BI reporting tools.

Excellent presentation & communication skills, confident in presenting insights to senior management.

Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis a must.
