Our platform combines satellite insights, AI, and farm management tools to improve yield, reduce risks, and build sustainable farming practices.We are looking for a Assistant Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is passionate about agriculture, technology, and customer engagement. You will be the trusted advisor for our clients. Guiding them through adoption, ensuring they realize measurable value, and enabling long-term success with Map My Crop.Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Adoption
- Guide farmers, agri-enterprises, and partners through onboarding and training.
- Translate product features into practical use cases for agriculture.
- Ensure smooth adoption of modules like farm digitization, crop monitoring, and reporting.
- Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from farmers to CXOs.
- Conduct regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly) to align with customer goals.
- Driving Value & Retention
- Track customer health metrics such as usage, adoption, and impact (yield, risk reduction).
- Proactively identify risks and intervene before they escalate.
- Drive contract renewals and long-term engagement.
- Growth & Advocacy
- Spot opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional modules or services.
- Work with marketing to generate case studies and customer success stories from the field.
- Encourage customer advocacy within the Agri-community.
- Collaboration & Feedback
- Share field insights and customer feedback with product and engineering teams to shape product roadmap.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and operations for seamless customer experience.
- Represent the “voice of the customer” internally.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in agriculture, Business, or Technology (MBA/Agri- business preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or AgriTech solutions delivery.
- Strong communication skills in English + regional languages (Marathi/Hindi preferred).
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders—from smallholder farmers to corporate agribusinesses.
- Experience with CRM, analytics, or collaboration tools (Zoho, Slack, GSuite)
- Analytical mindset to track KPIs like adoption, retention, and customer impact.
- Passion for agriculture and farmer empowerment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experienced in handling and supporting customers worldwide
