We’re looking for for a passionate Junior Brand Manager in Mumbai to help elevate our premium D2C brand. If you’re ready to dive into the world of branding and have the experience to back it up, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the brand team to develop and execute 360° marketing strategies, covering both online and offline channels.

Lead the development of creatives and A+ content to strengthen brand presence across marketplaces and digital platforms.

Manage packaging design processes, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strong consumer appeal.

Drive new product launches end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution across creative, digital, and offline touchpoints.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, retail, and offline activations) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimize brand strategy and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, ideally with a mix of D2C, agency, and product-centric experience.

Proven expertise in 360° marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Hands-on experience in creative development, marketplace A+ content, packaging design, and new product launches.

Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies with proven campaign success.

Excellent communication, project management skills, and a collaborative spirit.
